Academic Advising will provide students with information and skills that enable them to critically assess their goals, develop a comprehensive plan of study that culminates in certification, licensure, and/ or graduation, create a schedule for progressing through the plan, and monitor the results of that plan.
Middle Georgia State University is comprised of five campuses located in Macon, Cochran, Warner Robins, Eastman and Dublin. Students are assigned to an advisor based on the campus where they register for classes. Fully-online students may meet with their advisor on campus or contact them through email or phone. All students must discuss their schedule with their advisor before they are allowed to register for the next term.
